Ingredients
- 1 sachet of protein chili
- 2 green or yellow zucchinis
- 1 tablespoon of cheese less than 10%
Preperation
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare chili mixture according to package directions and set aside. Cut the zucchini lengthwise and gently scoop out with a teaspoon. Place zucchini in a baking dish, top with chili and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes.
