Ingredients
- 1 pack of mixed berries protein oatmeal
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (8 Cal)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries with no added sugar
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the oatmeal, water and milk to set aside. Slice the strawberries. In a « Mason » style jar, put some of the oatmeal mixture and alternate with the strawberries to create a layered style.
Put in the fridge overnight.
*Depending on your current diet, strawberries can be substituted with Walden Farms jam.
