Ingredients
- 1 sachet of protein orzo
- 1/4 of a yellow pepper
- 1/4 cup carrots
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 3 radishes
- 1/2 green onion
- Leaf lettuce
- Kale cabbage
Preperation
Slice all the vegetables, shred the lettuce and kale finely. Cook orzo according to directions, adding chicken broth concentrate to the water. In the bottom of a bowl, place the kale and lettuce, then add the vegetables and orzo. Drizzle with your favorite low-fat, low-calorie Asian dressing. (Suggested Walden Farms sesame and ginger).
