Ingredients
1 cup diced vegetables (asparagus, cherry tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic)
Minced basil leaves
Salt, pepper, light parmesan
Cook the pasta for 5-7 minutes. Drain the pasta (Reserve a little cooking water)
Stir fry vegetables a few minutes in Pam.
Add the pasta, cooking water, basil and sprinkle with light Parmesan cheese (1/2 teaspoon)
