Ingredients
- 2 protein sachets of vanilla drink
- 240 ml of cold water
- 1/4 cup Walden Farm Strawberry Jam
- The zest of a lemon
Preperation
In a bowl, combine the pudding, lemon zest and water. Put this mixture in ice cube trays in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Once the preparation is frozen, put it in a food processor with the jam. Transfer the mixture to an airtight dish and return to the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes. (Makes 2 servings)
Serve in dessert cups.
* To save time, you can also use an ice cream maker.
