Ingredients
- 1 sachet of protein chili
- 6-7 mini peppers of different colors
- 1 C. Allegro Jalapeño Cheese
Preperation
Preheat the oven to 350-375. Prepare chili mixture according to package directions and set aside. Cut the peppers in half lengthwise and gently scoop out with a teaspoon. Place peppers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Top with chili and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 10 minutes and broil while watching everything.
