Ingredients
1 Protein Vegetable chili Packet
½ seeded pepper
¼ cup mixed vegetables (zucchinis, peppers and French shallots)
Preparation
In a saucepan, boil water and blanch the pepper 2-3 minutes.
Microwave Chili with 170ml of boiling water in a measuring cup (preferably with a capacity of 2 cups). Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
In a small skillet, b the vegetables and add to the chili mixture.
Stuff the pepper and serve with a salad.
