Ingredients:
- 2 vanilla protein drink packets
- 240 ml cold water
- 1/4 cup Walden Farm Strawberry Jam
- The zest of a lemon
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix the pudding, lemon zest and water well. Place this mixture in ice cube trays in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Once the mixture is completely set, put it in a food processor with the jam. Transfer the mixture to an airtight container and put it back in the freezer for 30 to 60 minutes.
(Makes 2 servings)
Serve in dessert cups
* To save time, you can also use an ice cream maker.
