Cheese Dip
= 2 servings of protein (dip only)
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of vegetable cream ou protein chicken cream
- 1 ½ oz sharp cheddar cheese (-20% mg) or cream cheese (-20% mg)
- ¼ cup cold water
- Cayenne pepper to taste
Preparation:
Mix everything in a blender or food processor. Cover and refrigerate.
Serve with raw vegetables, protein rusks, melba toast, ½ pita cut into wedges and dried in the oven. (Depending on the current diet)
Vegetable Dip
= 3 protein servings (dip only)
Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of vegetable cream ou protein chicken cream
- 1 cup cottage cheese 1-2% mg
- 1 pinch onion and garlic powder
Preparation:
Mix everything in a blender or food processor.
Serve with raw vegetables
