Ingredients:
- 1 protein sachet of oatmeal with wild berries
- 1 sachet of protein mix for vanilla drink or pudding
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 cal)
- 1/8 cup grated raw beets (optional)
- 1 ½ cups ice cubes
- 1 cup of water
Preparation:
In a blender add all ingredients and blend until smooth about 1-2 minutes. Store in a mason jar in the fridge.
