Ingredients
- 1 packet of bacon and cheese protein omelet mix
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup diced red bell pepper
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
Preperation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees, mix the omelet sachet with 110 ml of water.
Add the vegetables.
In a nonstick PAM-style muffin pan, divide mixture into 3 spaces.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until the tip of a knife comes out clean.
