Ingredients
- 1 powdered sachet of protein rusks
- 1 beaten egg
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp. 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
You can also take it easy and mix with any store-bought spices of your choice Italian, Cajun style etc.
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Add the chosen spices to the rusk mixture.
In a bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
Dip the product of your choice in the egg according to the allowable amounts of your current diet and then in the rusk mixture.
- Light cheese sticks
- Chicken fillet
- Ground beef meatballs
- Cubes of salmon
- Vegetables in sticks suitable for baking etc.

On a cookie sheet, cook the desired time according to the chosen product and then put on the grill!
Finally a healthy and delicious breadcrumbs!
