Ingredients
- 1 protein sachet of field berry oatmeal
- 1 packet of protein drink mix or vanilla pudding
- 1 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 cal)
- 1/8 cup grated raw beets (optional)
- 1 ½ cup of ice cube
- 1 cup of water
Preparation
In a blender add all the ingredients and mix until a smooth texture is obtained, about 1 to 2 minutes. Keeps in a mason jar in the fridge.
