Nice recipe for protein diet! Once again in our kitchens, we have fun making little recipes with our protein products! The most versatile product is without a doubt our beautiful protein rusks. We will share with you over the next few days several delicious ideas made with these.

Baked zucchini fries MIAM !!!

Cut 2 zucchini into sticks, crush a packet of protein rusks and add 1/4 tsp. Italian spice, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder and onion powder.

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. On a baking sheet, place a sheet of parchment paper and lightly spray it with oil or cooking spray.

Quickly water the zucchini and shake them to remove the excess, soak in the mixture of spices and crushed rusks and place them on the baking sheet and quickly spray again with oil.

Bake for about 22-25 minutes or until nicely browned and golden. If you like them more crunchy vary the cooking times and put on the grill (Broil) Turn halfway through cooking.
