Ingredients:
- 1 sachet protein orzo
- 1/4 of a yellow pepper
- 1/4 cup carrots
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 3 radish
- 1/2 green onion
- leaf lettuce
- Kale cabbage
Preparation:
Slice all vegetables, shred lettuce and kale thinly. Cook orzo according to directions, adding chicken broth concentrate to water. In a bowl, place kale and lettuce, then add vegetables and orzo. Drizzle with your favorite low-fat, low-calorie Asian dressing. (Suggested: Walden Farms Sesame Ginger)
