- 1 sachet of protein rusks
- 1 egg
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
- salt and black pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
In a blender, powder the rusks.
Add the garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt and black pepper and set aside.
In a bowl, beat the egg and set aside.
Cut the onion into slices of about 5 cm.
Dip each slice in the egg and then in the rusk mixture.
Place the rounds on a cookie sheet and spray them with PAM-style non-stick spray,
Bake 15 minutes, until golden brown!
