Ingredients
- 1/4 cup cilantro
- Jalapeno pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 to 2 red tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. lime juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Pepper to taste
Preperation
Dice the tomatoes, onions and jalapeno. Mince the garlic and cilantro. Place all the ingredients in a bowl. Add lime juice and pepper. Serve on protein rusks.
* Pico de gallo is also delicious with chicken breasts or on a salad.
