Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion, cut into strips
- 1 cup low sodium beef broth
- 1 packet of protein rusks
- Shredded cheese reduced in fat
Preparation
Sauté the onion in the oil. In a ramekin, put the onions and the hot broth, add the rusks on top and sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese is toasted.
