Ingredients
- 1 pack of protein rusk bread
- 1 seeded and diced tomato
- 15 ml (1 tablespoon) freshly chopped basil
- 15 mL (1 tablespoon) finely chopped green onion
- 1 garlic clove, crushed with garlic press or finely chopped
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) of olive oil
- 5 ml (1 teaspoon) lemon juice
- Salt and pepper
