Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of vanilla protein pudding
- 1 protein bar strawberry shortcake
Preparation:
In a blender add the bar and reduce until sandy. Make the pudding according to the instructions. Take mini muffin molds and cover with plastic wrap, distribute the bar mixture in the bottom of 6 molds and flatten well. Then add the pudding and put in the freezer for a few minutes. Unmold and serve. The complete recipe counts for 2 servings of protein (the 6 units)
