Ingredients:
- 1 packet of protein oatmeal wild fruits
- 1/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (8 Cal)
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries without added sugar
- 1 / 4 cup of water
Preparation:
In a bowl, mix together the oatmeal, water and milk set aside. Slice the strawberries. In a mason jar, place a little of the oatmeal mixture and alternate with the strawberries to create a layered look.
Refrigerate overnight
*Depending on your current diet, strawberries can be replaced with Walden Farms jam.
