Shipping Policy

Delivery

We only deliver to CANADA with Canada Post service, in most cities covered by Canada Post. We do not ship to PO boxes. Approximate delivery times are those provided by Canada Post and vary by region.

Normally, all orders received (Monday to Friday) are dispatched within 2-4 business days. Orders are usually sent Monday to Friday with the exception of statutory holidays and the point of departure is the city of St-Jérôme.

After selecting your products, the delivery charge of $ 14 appears in the final basket if you do not have the minimum of $ 100 before taxes.

When your order is shipped, you receive an email from Canada Post with the tracking number of your order and you can track your package online on the Canada Post website.

In the event of a shortage of goods, the Healthy Weight Loss Clinic is committed to contacting you as soon as possible and informing you of possible delays.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you notice that a product is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by email at: info@cliniquemaigrirensante.ca.

Any returned defective or damaged product must be accompanied by the original box, the explanation of the problem, the order number and the authorized return merchandise number.

No returns are accepted without an authorized number.
