Ingredients:

- 1 sachet of Apple Cinnamon Protein Oatmeal
- ¼ cup unsweetened cooked pumpkin puree
- 8 tbsp cold water
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together
Shape two cookies and place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
Cook for 10 to 12 minutes.
