Ingredients
-1 bag of protein orzo
-1/4 cup onion, peppers, asparagus and spinach
– garlic
– chicken broth
– salt and pepper
Cook the orzo according to the directions.
Possibility of adding the chicken broth when cooking the orzo or at the very end.
Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes, add the garlic and spinach, continue cooking for 1 minute. Reserve.
Add the orzo to the vegetable mixture and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
