Ingredients:
-1 bag ofprotein orzo
-1/4 cup onion, peppers, asparagus and spinach
- garlic
– chicken broth
- salt and pepper
Cook orzo according to package directions.
Possibility of adding the chicken broth while cooking the orzo or at the very end.
Sauté the vegetables for a few minutes, add the garlic and spinach, continue cooking for 1 minute. Set aside.
Add the orzo to the vegetable mixture and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
