Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of protein chili
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 stalk of celery
- 1/2 zucchini in strips
- 1 cup beef broth
- Sriracha style hot sauce to taste
- Fresh parsley
Preparation:
Finely chop celery and set aside. Prepare chili packet according to package directions and let sit for 2 minutes. Bring beef broth and vegetables to a boil. Add chili mixture and stir well. Garnish with fresh parsley and hot sauce (if desired)
