Ingredients
- 1 sachet of protein chili
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 branch of celery
- 1/2 zucchini in strips
- 1 cup of beef broth
- Sriracha-style hot sauce to taste
- Fresh parsley
Preperation
Finely chop the celery and set aside. Prepare the bag of chili according to the directions on the box and let stand for 2 minutes. Bring the beef broth and vegetables to a boil. Add the chili mixture and mix well. Garnish with fresh parsley and hot sauce (if desired).
