Ingredients

1 pack of protein rusk bread

¼ cup skim milk

1 egg white

½ sweetener pouch

Pancake syrup

Mix together milk, egg white and ½ sweetener pouch.

Soak the rusk bread about 5 minutes on each side until softened.

(This gives you time to prepare yourself in the morning J)

Cook in Pam and serve with the syrup.
