Ingredients:

- 1 sachet of mixture Bacon Cheese Protein Omelet
- 1 green onion, chopped
- ¼ cup diced red pepper
- 1 cup chopped fresh spinach
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees, mix omelet packet with 110 ml of water.
Add the vegetables.
In a non-stick PAM style muffin pan, divide the mixture into 3 spaces.
Bake for about 10 minutes or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
