Shipping information

Delivery

We only ship to CANADA with Canada Post service, in the majority of cities covered by Canada Post. We do not ship to PO boxes. Approximate delivery times are those provided by Canada Post and vary by region.

Normally, all orders received (Monday to Friday) are shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Orders are usually sent from Monday to Friday excluding holidays and the starting point is the city of St-Jérôme.

After selecting your products, the $14 delivery fee appears in the final cart if you do not have the minimum of $100 before taxes.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email from Canada Post with your order's tracking number and you can track your package online on the Canada Post website.

In the event of a shortage of goods, the Maigrir en Santé Clinic undertakes to contact you as quickly as possible and to inform you of possible delays.

Defective or damaged products

If you notice that a product is damaged at the time of delivery, please contact us as soon as possible by email at: info@cliniquemaigrirensante.ca.

Any returned defective or damaged product must be accompanied by the original box, an explanation of the problem, the order number and the authorized return merchandise number.

No returns are accepted without an authorized number.
