Ingredients

– 1 sachet of protein rusks
– 1/2 cup of unsweetened vanilla almond milk (15 calories)
– 1 egg white
– 1 C. cinnamon
– 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
– 1 C. teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract
– 1 C. tablespoon of stevia

Preperation

Break the rusks into small pieces, set aside. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients, add the rusks and let stand for about 5 minutes.
Place in a ramekin and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes or until the tip of a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes and serve. If desired add calorie-free table or walnut syrup.
