Ingredients:
- 1 sachet of protein chili
- 2 green or yellow zucchinis
- 1 tbsp cheese less than 10%
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare chili mixture according to package directions and set aside. Cut zucchini lengthwise and carefully scoop out cores with a small spoon. Place zucchini in a baking dish, top with chili and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 15 minutes.
