Grilled Mini Pepper Nachos

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1 sachet of protein chili
  • 6-7 mini peppers of different colors
  • 1 tbsp Allegro Jalapeno Cheese

 

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350-375. Prepare chili mixture according to package directions and set aside. Cut peppers in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out cores with a small spoon. Place peppers on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Top with chili and sprinkle with cheese. Bake for about 2 minutes and broil, keeping an eye on everything.
