- 1 protein sachet of banana & walnut oatmeal
- 1 sachet of protein mix for vanilla drink or pudding
- 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (30 cal)
- ½ cup shredded kale
- 1 ½ cups ice cubes
- 1 cup of water
